P2P Day 1

Trying again. Children from Archbishop Sumnor Primary joined us for part of the way. Seen more Bishops today than hitherto in 56 years. Very good support.

P2P Day One

Met at St. Martin-in-the-Field at 7.45. Registered and given team hoodies. Commissioned in service; group photo and then off. Joined by a local school. 16 miles. Get to know team. Now have blisters on my larynx from talking so much. Sleeping in church hall - all in! If we were teenagers you'd be worried but as it is we all just want to sleep. 19 miles tomorrow. 7.00am start.

Lift off!

Thanks to Bob for the 3.30am pick up and the photo!
